Jon Hamm spent Tuesday afternoon strolling around the Soho area of NYC with his long time girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt.
The couple, who have been together for nearly 10 years, looked happy as they took a leisurely walk. Both were casual as Jon showed off some scruff in addition to his button up shirt and Cardinals hat, while his girlfriend wore some headgear and a simple black dress.
